April 1 Poem: I Don’t Drink Beer

April is National Poetry Month, and many poets honor it by writing a new poem each day. We call this 30/30 – thirty poems in thirty days.

My April 1 poem: a haiku

I Don’t Drink Beer

Beer tastes too much like
dirty dishwater-soaked bread
clinging to my hands

About oodajunkie's words distract

Don’t bother me – I’m busy cultivating my Tortured Genius persona.
